Money Back Guarantee/ Refund Policy

 

Return for Refund

 

Online purchase for refund must be returned within 30 calendar days from purchase date and must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories. Returned merchandise must be shipped at the cost of the customer back to BETTEReSTORE.com to qualify for refund. All items returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee excluding any shipping and handling fee. Customer is responsible for loss or damage to products being shipped for return, please note it is not reimbursable for the return shipping freight.
* Replaced unit can not request for refund.
* Refund process will take about 21 business days.

 

Return for Replacement

 

Online purchase for replacement must be returned within one year from the date of purchase and must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories. Returned merchandise must be received at the BETTEReSTORE.com assigned warehouse to qualify for replacement.

Products received defective must be returned within 15 days for exchange. Products disassembled by customers are disqualified for this benefit. Once the product is received and inspected by the BETTEReSTORE.com assigned technician, BETTEReSTORE.com will process exchange immediately for defective unit.  BETTEReSTORE.com will provide free two way pre-paid domestic return shipping label for product received defective.  You must contact customer service at service@betterEstore.com to receive the return shipping label.  If you choose to ship the product back on your own, BETTEReSTORE.com will not reimburse the shipping freight.

  

Refurbished Return Policy

 

No refund is allowed for refurbished products.

Refurbished product received defective must be returned within 7 days for exchange. Product disassembled by customers are disqualified for this benefit. Once the product is received and inspected by the BETTEReSTORE.com assigned technician, BETTEReSTORE.com will process exchange immediately for defective unit. Exchanges can be processed for like items only.  BETTEReSTORE.com will not provide pre-paid domestic return shipping label for refurbished products under any circumstance.

 

Order Canceled/ Refused Shipments

 

Once order was shipped, it can not be canceled. 

 

Physical Damaged in Transit

 

Physical damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photo documentation of the damages to qualify for shipping damage claim, BETTEReSTORE.com will provide free two way pre-paid domestic return shipping for exchange.
