Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy

Return for Refund:

Online purchases for refund must be returned within 30 calendar days from purchase date and must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories. Returned merchandise must be shipped at the cost of the customer back to Betterestore.com to qualify for refund. All items returned for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.If the item is defective, the return will not be subject to the restocking fee and will be provided a shipping label at our cost subject to confirmation that the item received is defective.

* Replaced unit can not request for refund.

* Refund process will take about 21 business days. 

 

Return for Replacement:

Online purchases for replacement must be returned within one year from purchase date and must be new, unused and contain all original packaging and accessories. Returned merchandise must be received at the Betterestore.com warehouse to qualify for replacement only if the same item is still available at that time.

 

Products received defective should be returned within 15 days for exchange. Products must be in the condition customers received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Products disassembled by customers are disqualified for this benefit. Once the product is received and inspected by the warehouse staff (usually within 2 business days), Betterestore will process exchange immediately. Betterestore will provide free two way pre-paid domestic return shipping for exchange of products received defective. You must contact service@betterestore.com to receive the return shipping label. If you choose to ship the products back on your own, Betterestore.com will not be able to provide the refund of the shipping.

 

Physical damaged in transit:

Physical damages in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photo documentation of the damages to qualify for shipping damage claim. Betterestore will provide free two way pre-paid domestic return shipping for exchange.

 

Order cancels/Refused Shipments:

Once order was shipped, it can't be canceled.
