My ED6850A Envizen arrived today in perfect condition. I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with your good service and for sending me a product that is fantastic! I have never seen so much technology crammed into such a tiny space as this box. Everything works as stated, and I was pleased to get the adapter that allowes me to hook the antenna up to an outside amplified yagi antenna. We are in far NE Houston suburbs about 50 to 55 miles from the nearest digital TV transmitter towers. I am truly amazed that the tuner in this device is able to pick up so many of the very weak digital stations. It even picked up a few with the included little mag antenna. This is a remarkable product! I would recommend this box to anyone lookingfor a portable digital TV. We need it because of Hurricanes blocking our satellite signals during storms, and it is going to be our link to the weather on local TV. Thanks again.
